SHIFANOOR – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only if the product hasn't been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellation won't be possible.
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for select products, as indicated on each product's individual page. These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
If no pickup service is available in your area, you’ll need to ship the item back to us using your preferred courier.
3. Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted; only size or variant exchanges are allowed.
Exchanges are available exclusively for domestic orders.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and all tags attached.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
Slight differences in color, fabric, or appearance due to device displays or lighting won’t warrant exchange.
4. Exchange Process
Raise your exchange request within 72 hours of delivery.
A nominal ₹180 charge per order is applicable for processing exchanges.
For damaged or incorrect deliveries, reach out to us within 72 hours of receipt, attaching images or videos.
We will attempt reverse pickup twice; if unsuccessful, you must self-ship the item back.
Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code.
Once items pass quality inspection at our warehouse, the replacement will be dispatched within 48–72 working hours.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only; multiple exchanges on the same order are not permitted.

Use secure packaging to avoid damage, and clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number.
We recommend using Speed Post for reliable delivery.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once an item is sold and delivered.
The only option available is an exchange, as outlined above.
7. Supporting Your Request
Record an unboxing video upon parcel opening. This video is mandatory for addressing disputes or processing exchange requests.
